Simple, private, free
Free pregnancy and women’s health tools
17 tools to plan, track and prepare, with no sign-up. Calculations run on your own device, and anything you save stays in your own browser.
Choose a tool
Pregnancy, periods and a new baby bring a lot of questions, and many of them are about dates, numbers and patterns. These free tools from Chaitanya Hospital in Kadapa help you make sense of them before your next visit. Work out your due date, plan your check-ups, time contractions, track your cycle, follow your baby’s vaccines or practise calm breathing, all from your phone.
Each tool is deliberately simple. You enter a few details, you see a clear result, and you can use it to prepare questions for your doctor. There is nothing to sign up for. Calculators forget your answer when you leave. Trackers and checklists remember your entries only in your own browser, never on our servers.
Please remember what a tool cannot do. Real pregnancies and cycles vary, and an estimate is not a diagnosis. If something worries you, do not wait to use a tool: call us. Delivery and emergency care are available 24/7.

Questions about the tools
Are these tools free to use?
Yes. All 17 tools are free, need no sign-up or login and run in your web browser.
Is my information saved or shared?
Nothing is sent to Chaitanya Hospital or anyone else. The calculators work out the answer on your device and forget it. Tools that need a memory, such as the period tracker, feed log and checklists, save your entries only in your own browser on your own device, and you can clear them at any time.
Will I lose my entries if I clear my browser data?
Yes. Because entries live only in your browser, clearing site data, using a private window or switching phones starts you from a blank page. For anything important, download the calendar file or print the page.
Can a tool replace a doctor’s visit?
No. The tools give general estimates and guidance. Only a doctor can examine you, confirm dates and advise on your own situation.
Which tool should I start with?
If you have just found out you are pregnant, begin with the due date calculator and the antenatal visit planner. If you are trying to conceive, use the period and fertile window tracker. For a new baby, try the vaccination tracker and the feed log. If something worries you, use the warning signs checklist or call us.
What if a tool tells me to contact a doctor?
Please do. You can call Chaitanya Hospital on +91 944 103 0587, which is open 24/7 for delivery and emergency care, or book a visit online.
